Both these pics are very old pics that I had to finally get around to finishing...

Post war Harry, Ron and Hermione...
I've always wanted to do a pic like this :D Anyway, Hermione's hair seems to have been cut off by some vicious Death Eater *coughbellatrixcough*, Ron's got half a dozen cuts and scratches...and Harry's robes have been...punkified, heheh
Anyway, when I was drawing it, I was kind of picturing a scene where they finally beat Voldemort in le Room'o'Love in the Ministry of Magic, and just make it back outside as the sun rises...only to be confronted by Rufus or Fudge or someone, to which they put on their best 'piss off' faces. Or something like that anyway...

Possessed Ginny...Always wondered why her dorm mates never picked up on the fact she was strangling chickens in her spare time...
Anyway, was in two minds as to whether I should upload this or not...but, ah well...never mind. When I first read CoS all those years ago, I remember being really scared... hmm...

I really like Hermione with short hair! I also like how your work has such warm tones to it. Really nice! :)

aw, thanks!! It was awesome fun doing Hermione with short hair - I hadn't planned it to be short when I started drawing, but it just happened to look right!!

These are beyond lovely. :) I also like Hermione with the shorter hair (possibly done as a matter of convenience for her, or a result of war?) and the warm tones, and, well, basically I adore everything about both of these. ::grin:: They're wonderful.

Will be rec'ing this tonight in [info]hogwarts_today. :)

Wow!! Thanks, so much I'm really honoured!!
When I was drawing it, I was imagining Hermione's hair to have been badly cut off to humiliate her by some death eater, but now I can kind of see her making the concious decision to cut it off herself! Ah, she's that kind of strong woman anyway :D
But anyway, thanks once again for the rec and lovely comment, I'm only new to lj communities and such, so I'm really touched!

I loved the Trio pic. It's kinda of bittersweet...I don't know. And Hermione's hair! I loved it!

I really, really like these. The expressions are great and Harry is very close to how I picture him from the books. Your art is amazing!

Thanks!! I'm so glad to hear you like my Harry, because I often have a lot of trouble trying to draw him like how I imagine him...:D but I'm glad it came out alright this time ^_^

GAH. You. I love your style. It's just so comfortable. It's always warm and round. It seems like an old friend. You know, the kind you can sit next to and if your legs smush together it's not awkward and you don't retract your leg immediately? Haha. Mmm, it's so pretty. I also love Hermione's new haircut. :3

These are fabulous! Here via Hogwarts Today, and wow! I love Hermione with short hair! And Ron in particular looks great. He's so determined and protective of his friends.

And Ginny - she's so perfect! That expression on her face is fabulous, and her messy little plaits. Very nice.

Really, really loving the first picture. I love the defiant expressions on all of their faces, and Hermione's short hair is lovely.

oh, both are very well done! I have never used opencanvas, but I might have to give it a try ;) I'm a photoshop gal myself! Hehe - but these are both really gorgeous, your colouring skills are amazing! Kudos on the wonderful works!

These are BEAUTIFUL. :o One thing I really like is the way you shade skin and clothing to have so many different colors, not just light and dark shades of one color. Absolutely amazing!

I'm agreeing with everyone here that Hermione looks so good with the short hair.. it ages her, something that will definitely happen with war

I love the possessed!ginny.. the eyes are just erie.. I think you did an excellent job
